I have just receieved an email confirming my housing for arrival in Leiden. I am in a double room with shared amenities. I will have access to a stove, which is fantastic. I never thought I'd be so happy about something so small. However, in Thailand I did not have this luxury and my cooking desires were not fulfilled. Although, the food was quite superb.
I have only left to choose my courses, pack my bags, and board my plane. My life has brought me to many countries and still, no matter where I go, I am just as excited as the first time. I am only required to take 6 credit hours each term. I will plan accordingly and travel, travel, travel. Much is learned when you are able to roam. We as humans were made to roam, to explore, to wonder, to learn. This trip, as my others, will be jam-packed with adventure and plenty of opportunities to learn.
